Accumulated points can be exchanged for accommodation and other services at the rate of 1% = 1 yen!
We also offer up to 5% of points for the membership rank system.

Points earned from lodging reservations can now be redeemed for discounts
on your next stay,
as well as for Amazon gift certificates, Google play gift codes, and other points.
・The hotel points you have accumulated are exchanged for the equivalent amount of digicopoints.
・The exchanged digicopoints can be used to exchange for various digital gifts.
・DigiCo Points are valid for 180 days after conversion.
*Rate of exchange is different for some Pex point gifts.
To redeem DigiCo points, log in to your account and select "Account" -> "Points" -> "Redeem Points".

Depending on the number of points earned
by using the hotel Ranks will be upgraded.
Rank advancement and downgrading are determined based on the cumulative total earned
during the year from the first day of the month of membership registration,
and will be applied to the
following year.
Ranks for new members will begin with Regular members.
Points expire 2 years from the check-out date of the lodging reservation for which
points were earned
*Please note that the expiration date is not renewed each time points are earned.
