Last year, with the lowering of the infection level equivalent to Grade 5 for the new coronavirus, it became a year in which I felt Kyoto gradually recovering its former lively atmosphere.

This year’s zodiac is ‘甲辰’ (Wood Dragon).

It is said to be a year of leaps and bounds, where the efforts made until last year bear fruit and achieve success, and further efforts can bring success closer with a sense of speed.

Now, THE GENERAL KYOTO will celebrate its 1st anniversary of opening in March.

We will continue to cherish communication with our customers and strive to be a ‘hotel you want to come back to.’ We have various initiatives planned.
